Association for the betterment of blind bankers

Mr. Banker | 1:34 pm | |

Visually Impaired Bankers Employees Welfare Association (VIBEWA) is formed to provide “meaningful work” and “a fully accessible and enabling work environment” so the blind bankers enjoy “job satisfaction” and “non discrimination in all stages and aspects of career.”

“The situation,” says Rajesh Asudani (president, VIBWEA and a blind banker) “in law and on the ground is far from satisfactory.” VIBEWA therefore has “decided to strive for our betterment” aiming to create “a momentous platform” for the blind bankers.
